At Mai Jewels, we aim to deliver your beautiful jewelry as quickly and safely as possible.

Here are the details of our shipping and returns policy:
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping:
    • Weight based shipping calculated at checkout  
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 within the U.S.
Returns
  • No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.
  • Exceptions:
    • Returns may only be accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
    • Customized Items (special orders) are non-returnable, even if damaged or defective. Please be sure of your order before making a purchase.
Exchanges
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any items. If you wish to exchange a piece, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one (if eligible).
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) at info.maijewels@gmail.com.
  • We may request photos of the item and packaging for verification.
  • If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
Refunds
  • Refunds are only issued for items that meet the criteria outlined above and at Manager’s discretion (damaged or defective products).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Final Sale Items
  • All sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations
  • Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely shipment, so cancellations are not accepted.
