All of our jewelry is designed to be water-resistant however, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to harsh chemicals or salty water to preserve the integrity of your jewelry.

2) How long will Mai Jewels jewelry stay tarnish-free?

Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials and with proper care, your pieces should remain tarnish-free for many years. Avoiding exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., sweat, perfumes, lotions) will help keep them in their best condition.

3) Can I wear Mai Jewels jewelry every day?

Absolutely! Mai Jewels are designed for daily wear.  

4) How do I care for my Mai Jewels jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, lotions, or perfumes. After wearing, gently wipe your pieces with a soft cloth to remove any oils or dirt. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Mai Jewels is committed to providing jewelry that’s safe and comfortable for all wearers. We use hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel and gold-plated metals to minimize the risk of irritation.

6) Can I wear Mai Jewels jewelry while exercising or working out?

Yes! Our jewelry is perfect for active wearers.  

7) Can I get my jewelry resized or customized?

At the moment, we offer a variety of sizes but we do not offer resizing or custom modifications.
